International Orders
We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for overseas delivery. Prices start at £9.05 anywhere in the EU for a small parcel Tracked & Signed service anywhere in the EU. For World Zone 1 (America’s) the prices start at £10.15 Tracked & Signed. For World Zone 2 (Remaining countries in Asia/Australasia) prices start at £10.50 for a small parcel Tracked & Signed service. Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed includes compensation up to £200.
All prices are concurrent with Royal Mail Pricing and your cart prices will be automatically calculated based on the weight. We strongly advice customers purchasing valuable items to choose International Tracked & Signed as your items will be insured for loss or damages during transit.
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed delivery timescales for European countries like Germany, France and Spain, is a speedy 3-5* working days and just 5-7* working days for the rest of the world – even to countries on the other side of the globe, like Australia, China or New Zealand.

Custom Payments
Where goods are delivered to destinations outside the EU by Swavo these may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the goods is responsible for all customs formalities at importation, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges.
The recipient of the goods, who may not the person who has ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. In the USA and Canada, customers are sent a pre-delivery duty payment request, but in all other countries are required to pay local duties upon receipt of the order. If you’re ordering goods to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware they’ll be responsible for these additional charges.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we are sorry that we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering goods to be delivered there.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently Swavo is unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.
We deliver to over 100 countries around the world. The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page.
