When placing your order you can add a different delivery address if you wish. However, if you have already placed your order and need to change details of the delivery address please call us for advice. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date. This can only be completed before your order has been dispatched.

All new made-to-order are made from scratch and the average production time is 4-8 weeks for a full bridal set and 2-3 weeks for single or small set pieces. You will be notified by email on your due delivery date for both online and in-store customer orders which will include shipping date depending on your geographical location.

All our products are dispatched in our custom Swavo jewellery boxes. They are then wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them during transit from damage.

Once your order has been dispatched we will attach a tracking code to your order details which you can check by visiting the tracking page.
Your parcel will require a signature as we use a Tracked & Signed Service. The courier company will make several attempts to deliver your parcel. After the first attempt the courier company will leave a card with contact details to either  collect the parcel from your local post office or depot or allow them to make the second attempt. After the third attempt the parcel will be returned back to our retail head office. You must ensure that their is someone at the delivery address that can sign and collect your parcel. If you fail to collect the parcel you will be contacted and required to pay for the signed and tracked shipping charges. If you have ordered several items and it is not possible to send in one single parcel then we will dispatch in multiple parcels and they will all be dispatched at the same time. We will provide tracking codes for each parcel. We will use the same courier company so all your parcels reach you at the same time.

Please wait until your expected delivery time has passed before contacting us if you’ve not received all the items on your order. You can contact us using the options available in our Contact page.
If you have received the wrong items in your order we will dispatch the correct items free of charge on an urgent delivery basis once the items have been returned. Simply return the items in the bubble wrap packaging and we will reimburse you for the return courier charges. You can contact us using the options available in our Contact page to advise of the actual items you received.
If your items have been accidentally damaged during transit we ask that you take photo evidence and email them to customer.services@swavobridal.com. Our team will first attempt to contact the courier company to request compensation and we will then arrange for a replacement to be dispatched with free shipping charges once your damaged items have been received. Simply return the items in the bubble wrap packaging and we will reimburse you for the return courier charges. You can contact us using the options available in our Contact page to advise of the actual items you received.

You will need to bring proof of purchase (order details in hard-copy or show your email order on your mobile phone). If you are collecting on behalf of someone else you will need to provide a copy of the order number and proof of identity (drivers license, recent utility bill or council tax bill).
